Eligibility Requirements and Selecting a Contractor

Download the customer application and incentive calculator below for eligibility requirements and participation details.

Premium tune-ups are performed by participating licensed HVAC contractors who have been trained to diagnose and correct refrigerant charge and airflow problems using state-of-the-art computer-assisted technologies. Some HVAC contractors may include filter and/or refrigerant at no additional cost, minor economizer adjustments, and/or detailed analysis of each unit's performance. Other contractors may require an agreement that the customer authorize minor repairs up to a specified cap to ensure that units are functioning sufficiently to allow for charge and airflow adjustments. Contractors may also provide no-obligation recommendations for replacement or repairs not covered by the tune-up program. Although all participating contractors have C-20 licenses and meet minimum insurance requirements, customers are advised to exercise due diligence in selecting a contractor that best meets their needs.
