How to Participate
To start claiming your incentives for planned commercial HVAC equipment replacement, please complete the equipment reservation request form. Customers may reserve funds directly or contact a participating contractor to assist with the reservation, installation and application submittal. For work in progress or completed, please complete the participation agreement and incentive application below, and submit these along with a completed W-9 form for the designated payee. Funds may be paid directly to the customer or assigned to the installing contractor or distributor.
Your project information will be used to identify if the site is eligible for equipment incentives. Eligible sites will be issued a reservation code by e-mail with instructions on how to activate the reservation. Eligibility is limited to SDG&E® customers whose HVAC equipment is on an active electric meter and who pay public goods charges on their electricity bills. Sites that have received incentives for the same equipment or services on the replaced equipment within the past five years are not eligible for incentives on replacement equipment.
